It can be enjoyed as a meal or snack, for breakfast or for lunch, even dinner... if that's what you're craving. (We won't judge) Below you'll find the ingredients, as well as the method we use for making this smoothie!
Ingredients:
- 12-14 oz your favorite milk product or water
- 1 scoop Nourish+
- handful of blueberries
- 1 banana
- your favorite yogurt product
- 4-5 ice cubes
- 1 tbsp honey
Method:
- Add milk or water, ice, banana, and blueberries to the blender & blend for 30-45 seconds
- Add 1 scoop of Nourish+ and yogurt, blend for another 30-45 seconds
- Once consistency is smooth, pour into a glass, top with honey, and enjoy your delicious smoothie!
